6 matches of England series will be in Gujarat, Bratya Mumbai-Kolkata! Anger inside the board

Bangla Hunt Desk: The England cricket team is coming to India next year in Corona. As the Corona virus has spread around the world at the moment, the BCCI has said that India v England matches will be shot at certain venues for the safety of the cricketers.

The three venues are Ahmedabad, Pune and Chennai. India and England are scheduled to play a total of 12 matches, including T20, ODI and Test matches. And out of those twelve matches, only seven matches will be at Ahmedabad Stadium. Two Tests will be played in Chennai, three ODIs will be played in Pune and two Tests and five T20I matches will be played at the Ahmedabad Stadium. And there is already dissatisfaction within the board with the venue of this India-England series. Many have expressed frustration with the schedule.

The Mumbai Cricket Association has expressed outrage over this. In a letter to the BCCI on their behalf, they said Mumbai was the mecca of Indian cricket. Mumbai has three stadiums. Besides, the communication system from other cities of the country, the hotel system is all good in Mumbai, why Mumbai did not get a single match. Mumbai, which has not won a single Test match in the last four years, on the other hand, how did Ahmedabad win a total of seven matches, including two consecutive Tests and five Twenty20 matches? Bengal Cricket Association President Abhishek Dalmia said, “I have spoken to Board President Sourav Ganguly. He said that for the time being, matches will be played at three centers in the bio-safety zone for Corona. CAB will definitely get a match later. ”
