A huge meteorite is coming towards the earth at a speed of 5 km / second! NASA issued a red alert

Bengali Hunt Desk: NASA has issued a red alert saying that a meteorite about half a kilometer long is approaching the Earth. The meteorite has a speed of 5 km per second (11,200 miles per hour). According to NASA, the meteorite is larger than the US Empire State Building and will enter Earth orbit on June 7.

According to the Daily Star, NASA has named the meteorite Rock-163348 (2002 NN4) and NASA hopes that the meteorite will be very close to Earth. The meteorite can be 250 to 560 meters long, and 135 meters wide. According to NASA, these meteorites are entering Earth's orbit from the side of the sun.

According to the Center for Near Earth Object Studies, on May 21, a 1.5 km long meteorite struck the village of Earth. There are more than 2,000 such meteorites that NASA is tracking. However, NASA hopes that the meteorite will not harm the Earth.

According to NASA, there is no 1 percent chance that this meteorite will hit the Earth. But even then special attention is being paid to it. According to NASA, such meteorites sometimes enter the Earth's atmosphere at the last moment due to gravity. The meteorite will hit the Earth by 8:20 a.m. Sunday. NASA estimates that such a large meteorite will return to Earth in 2024.
