Abhishek Makwana, author of 'Taraka Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma', commits suicide, family claims he was blackmailed


BanglaHunt Desk: Suicide in Bollywood again. Abhishek Makwana, author of the popular Hindi serial 'Taraq Mehta Ka Ulta Chasma', has committed suicide. According to Mumbai Police sources, Abhishek also wrote a suicide note before committing suicide. Financial problems have been reported there.

Abhishek committed suicide on November 26. According to the people of his house, he was a victim of cyber fraud. He was being blackmailed. Abhishek was found hanging from a ceiling fan at his residence in Kandivali, Mumbai. Police are investigating the case. Police also took statements from family members.

According to the family of the late author, they knew nothing about Abhishek's financial problems. His brother said that he could find out about this after Abhishek's death. Phones started coming from different numbers. Many started calling him and asking for money.

Abhishek's brother said that calls started coming not only from India but also from Bangladesh and Myanmar. According to the author's email, he took a small loan from the Easy Loan app. Then all the problems started. That is what Abhishek's brother said.
