Australia wanted a five-match Test series, the BCCI said.

Lockdown is currently taking place around the world due to the corona virus. All kinds of sports in the world are closed due to lockdown. Cricket is also closed. However, the cricket board is looking to play a five-match Test series against India when the coronation is over and cricket returns to 22 yards. Cricket Australia has already made a proposal to the BCCI. This time the Indian Cricket Board opened its mouth in this regard.

The Australian Cricket Board is currently facing huge financial losses due to the closure of cricket due to Corona. To cope with the financial loss, the Australian Cricket Board is seeking a five-Test series between India and Australia later this year. That's what Cricket Australia CEO Kevin Roberts said.

“We don't want to think about the India-Australia bilateral series right now,” a BCCI official said in response to Cricket Australia's offer. The Twenty20 World Cup is ahead and all our thoughts are on that now. The BCCI has also said that the Australian border is closed until September for Corona, before we see what the Australian Cricket Board decides on the Twenty20 World Cup and then we will think about the bilateral series.
