CM Yogi is angry, MLA who threatened the police is arrested


Independent MLA Ammani Tripathi from Nutanwa constituency in Uttar Pradesh's Uttar Pradesh district has been arrested in Bijnor Nazibabad. He tried to speak badly to the Uttarakhand police yesterday, May 3, and was later arrested. However, he was released on bail after filing a case.

But the role of the police was not less and did not stop soon. They also took an active role. Maharajganj assembly constituency MLA Amanani Badrinath was on his way when the police stopped. He was arrested by the police and the police heard many threats but he did not back down. He was also arrested four years ago in 2016 on charges of murdering his wife.

On Sunday, May 3, MLA Aman Mani Tripathi was traveling in three vehicles to Badrinath with his colleague. There were ten more zones. He was then stopped at a transit barrier. But there he got into trouble.

According to SDM Vaibhav Gupta and police station in-charge Girish Chandra Sharma, MLA Ammani Tripathi has been accused of having obscenities with the police, administration and doctors. A case has been filed against 12 people including the MLA under Section 16 and National Disaster Act. But later they were released on bail.
