Congress is helping syndicate mediators, not farmers: Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi

Banglahant Desk: Opposition has staged protests across the country over the Centre's proposed agriculture bill. Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has lashed out at the Congress over the issue. He alleged that the Congress was conspiring to help the 'Congress Syndicate' mediators behind the protests over the Agriculture Bill.

He added that the Congress and its allies are planning to cover the mountain of truth with false trees. The ‘Congress Syndicate’ is only creating confusion in the agrarian reform law in the interest of the middlemen. They are not looking after the interests of the farmers.

Benefits of the Centre's agricultural bill

Naqvi said, ‘The role of middlemen will end with this new agricultural ball proposed by the Center and farmers will get a fair price for their produce. Farmers will get new opportunities to sell their produce. As a result, their profit will increase. The Modi government is taking steps to empower the farmers on the one hand, and the Congress is trying to confuse them on the other. The dream of 'One Country, One Market' will come true this time. So far, more than Rs 92,000 crore has been disbursed under the Prime Minister's Krishna Honors Fund.
