IPL 2023: The first qualifier match of IPL 2023 was played between Chennai and Gujarat. In this match, Gujarat decided to bowl first by winning the coin war. Batting first after being invited to bat at home, the Chennai team set a target of 173 runs in front of Gujarat. Then the Gujarat team came to bat, Sir Jadeja got the Gujarat Titans batsmen badly entangled in it. While running fast towards the target, clean bowled Gujarat team’s strong batsman David Miller, showed him the way to the pavilion, while Shanaka restrained him before doing dangerous work with the bat.
These two wickets immediately pushed Gujarat to the backfoot. Along with this, Sir Jadeja has also completed 150 wickets in IPL and became the third player to score more than 1000 runs. Whereas, Jadeja is the first Indian to do so. The fans of Chennai are looking very happy on this success of Jaddu and their respective reactions are being given through memes on Twitter.
