Deoband Maulana warns of dire consequences if police impose arbitrary rules on victims

Bengali Hunt Desk: Maulana Qari Syed Mohammad Usman Mansoorpuri, president of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, has been accused of committing atrocities in various parts of the country, especially in Uttar Pradesh, through the district police administration. Expressed anger. He said that sacrifice is an important and necessary religious act of Islam. This work should not be hindered in any way.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Kari Usman Mansurpuri said the Jamiat had received written complaints from various parts of Uttar Pradesh that the police were taking animals away unethically, adding that the Bahraich, Gazipur and Ghaziabad district administrations had banned the slaughter of large animals. In this way, there are reports from different parts of the country that the sacrifice is being obstructed.

He asked, “Which law prohibits the police from sacrificing large animals?” And who is pointing to all this? Police are playing tricks, barbarism, dictatorship and law. And as a result, anger is being spread among the people. Maulana Mansurpuri has strongly condemned such inhuman torture by the police. He also demanded the government to immediately stop the police brutality. He appealed to the government to ensure that Muslims could perform religious acts of sacrifice with complete simplicity.

He said the government has issued guidelines on social distance and sacrifice, and the people will keep that in mind. Muslim leaders and organizations have been constantly awakening the masses on this issue. The guidelines do not prohibit the sacrifice of large animals. If the police administration interferes in any religious work, and tries to impose laws like ours on our heads, the consequences will be terrible.
