Expressing condolences over the Dhupguri accident, the Prime Minister also announced financial assistance to the families of the victims.


Bangla Hunt Desk: On the way back from the Bauvat ceremony, a tragic accident took place near Dhupguri Jaldhaka Bridge. At least 14 people were killed in a head-on collision between a Tata Magic and a Maruti van. Dhupguri MLA Mitali Roy, police and fire department reached there after receiving the news of the incident.
