Horrific attack on Pakistani hotel to kill Chinese ambassador, 4 dead, 13 injured

Bangla Hunt Desk: A bomb has exploded in the parking lot of a hotel in Quetta, the capital of Pakistan’s Balochistan province. Four people were killed and 13 were injured in the blast. Balochistan Police Commissioner Tahir Roy has admitted to the blast. The Chinese ambassador was with his delegation at a hotel in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province. And at that time there was a big bang in the parking lot of the hotel.

“At least four people have been killed and 12 injured,” said Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Pakistan’s interior minister. Although the Chinese ambassador was outside the hotel at the time of the blast. Preliminary investigations revealed that an IED was planted in a vehicle, police said.

Police said two people were seriously injured and were being treated at a hospital. The bomber struck shortly after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. The hotel premises have been closed for investigation into the incident and jawans of the militant suppression branch have been deployed there.

According to reports, the attackers were planning to kill the Chinese ambassador. But the Chinese ambassador was not at the hotel at the time.
