“I’m going to buy sweets”, the person showed the sign board hanging around the neck of the police! Viral video

BanglaHunt Desk: On Saturday, state chief secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay announced a virtual lockdown across the state from May 18-30. According to Navanna’s guidelines, all public transport including buses, trains, metros, autos and ferries will be closed during the lockdown from Sunday. However, taxis can be used on an emergency basis, said Nabanna. Nabanna has also advised not to go out on the streets unless absolutely necessary.

Retail, grocery stores and markets will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. And all the drug stores will be open all day as per the previous rules. Also the ration shop will remain open as per the previous rules. Besides, ATMs will be open all day. And the sweet shop has been made open from 10 am to 5 pm by Nabanna.

Mim has been circulating on social media since Saturday to give her so much time to open a sweet shop. And in the meantime, a video has come out that you can’t help but laugh at. A Facebook page named Dimbhat shared the video a couple of hours ago. They claimed that the video was taken at the Chandannagar stand in Hooghly. However, we could not verify the location of the video.

The video shows a policeman standing in the street. A man in a yellow T-shirt and shorts was seen walking in front of the policeman. The mask can be seen on the face of the person walking. When the man was stopped by the police, he brought in front a sign board hanging on his back. The sign board reads ‘I am going to buy sweets.’ Naturally, the video is going viral on social media. The policeman threatened the man and sent him away without saying anything. Because even though everything is closed, the sweet shop is open. And opening a shop means that anyone can go and buy sweets.
