However, in the meantime, hydroxy chloroquine has been given from India to various countries as a temporary antidote to corona. However, experts also spoke of plasma therapy. After the coronary artery is healed, plasma is removed from his body and replaced in the infected person's body. Some people have recently recovered through this process.

Shruti Thackeray, a 23-year-old resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has successfully donated plasma after winning a battle with the corona virus. The young woman has emerged as the first woman to donate plasma in India. Shruti was doing a Masters course in Luxury Brand Management in Paris, France. He contracted the corona virus and returned to the country on March 19.

“I was taken straight from the airport to the Civil Hospital. However, I was told that it was a regular flu and that I should go home and rest. However, the next day I felt more symptoms like coughing and sore throat and went back to the hospital. ” On March 21, Shruti was shifted to the Corona ward of the Civil Hospital after the report came back positive. Shruti said, “If I say there is no fear, I will lie. I remember receiving my report at 11pm and they immediately transferred me to the ward with other corona patients. It was a difficult time. “

On April 7, Shruti returned home after completing her release. And she thanked the doctors and nurses for helping her in this difficult battle. Doctors told him about plasma therapy 10 days after Shruti returned home. They told him about other corona patients. Shruti immediately agrees to give the plasma. “The health commissioner of Gandhinagar also contacted me and assured me of the procedure,” Shruti said.

On the appointed day, Smriti went to the hospital and underwent a simple blood test, a swab test and a full body check-up before the procedure. He said, “They took me to a fully sanitized room and asked me to sit in a chair. The doctors then collected the plasma in a bag and I didn't have any bleeding. The blood in my body was going back to the body again after taking the plasma. The procedure was very simple and the hospital staff gave me adequate amounts of fluids, food and vitamins. The doctors told me that the antibodies my body was producing now were much more potent. They took at least 400ml of plasma from my body. '

Doctors said that this plasma donation of Shruti will not cause any harm to his body. It will be full soon. The plasma from Shruti was given to a 50-year-old Corona patient who was being treated at the hospital with the help of a ventilator. Hopefully he will recover very soon. Shruti pleaded, ‘Stay home, be sure to be safe and if you are eligible to donate plasma, please don’t think about it twice. You can potentially save lives. '
