BanglaHunt Desk: A guide line has already been issued by the Modi government for the second round of lockdowns across the country. Under this new guideline, some things have been banned, while some things have been discounted by the government.

The directive states that production of essential products and medicines will continue in the country. Truck may operate subject to conditions. Banks, ATMs, postal services, post offices will be open. Trapped people have been instructed to open live hotel and lodge. The IT companies will be able to utilize 5% of their total workforce. Petrol pumps will also be open. There is no restriction on the sale, purchase and production of milk and dairy products. Print, electronic media, DTH, cable, internet service will continue.

Besides, the railways and tourists will be closed as before, in the travel, study and training institutes, cinema halls and shopping complexes. Spiritual places will also be completely closed. Meetings, processions and rallies were also banned.

Also, the sale of bidi, cigarettes, liquor and gutkha will be completely stopped in the country during the second phase of lockdown. The Central Government of India has made it clear that according to Disaster Management Act 20, the sale of bidi, cigarettes, alcohol and Gutkha national liquor was completely stopped in the country. Modi government has warned that if the seller is caught selling these national products, then the seller will face severe punishment.
