Jiah Khan Suicide Case: Zia Khan The verdict came in the suicide case last day after 10 years. Special CBI court acquitted actor Sooraj Pancholi. The court said that the accused is acquitted due to lack of evidence. The court has said in its judgment that Jiah Khan’s mother Rabia Khan ruined the prosecution’s case by making contradictory statements and withholding facts.
The court has said in its judgment that the complainant (Rabia Khan) should directly blame the investigating agency in her evidence. The complainant alleged that the investigation agency did not conduct the investigation properly. By giving such contradictory evidence, the complainant himself ruined the case of the prosecution.

Court raised questions on Jia Khan’s mother
The court has said in the judgment that the complainant did not show faith in the prosecution. The court has also written that whenever the prosecution’s case was of suicide, the complainant kept saying that it was murder. While there was no allegation of murder in this case.
The court has also mentioned in its judgment that Rabia Khan i.e. the complainant suspected everyone except herself. The court said that when the expert witnesses gave their opinion on the cause of death, the complainant said that the opinion of the doctors was wrong. It has also been said that the doctors who did the post-mortem were also suspected.

Jia committed suicide 10 years ago
Let us tell you that on June 3, 2013, Jiah Khan committed suicide by hanging herself at her house in Mumbai. When his mother Rabia reached the room, daughter Jiya’s body was hanging from the ceiling fan. Jia had also written a suicide note, in which many serious allegations were made against Sooraj. Suraj Pancholi was arrested by the police in this case. However, later he got bail. Now after 10 years, he has been acquitted of the charges of abetment to suicide.
