Bangla Hunt Desk: Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab faced in an important match of IPL yesterday. After winning the toss, KKR captain Dinesh Karthik decided to bat first. Batting first, Kolkata Knight Riders scored 164 runs at the end of the allotted 20 overs. In reply, Punjab ended the innings with 162 runs. KKR won the match by 2 runs.
The match was tense till the very last moment of the match. No one knew which team would win. The last ball needed to be seven runs, that is, a six would change the color of the match and the match would go to the super over. Glenn Maxwell tried his best with the bat but Sunil Narine hit hard but the ball fell a little before the boundary line. Kolkata Knight Riders beat Punjab in the last minute.
