The government will select 2 million retail outlets from the private and public sectors to convert it into a 'security store'. To become a 'security store', the retail store must comply with all health and safety laws, including a social distance of one and a half meters outside the store, as well as billing counters, such as the use of sanitizer or handwash by consumers before entering the store. All employees are required to adhere to the mask and sanitation twice a day. The security store will meet the needs of the Indian people's groceries, clothing and salons.
