Nintendo is releasing a bright blue Swap Lite in May

Nintendo has declared a new shade for its portable-only Change Lite. The new hue is “blue,” which appears fairly shut to the Sport Boy’s “pocket blue” color variant. The new shade could also be influenced by Pantone’s determination to name “classic blue” the Colour of the Yr for 2020.

Blue joins the other four variants offered in the Swap Lite lineup: grey, turquoise, yellow, and coral, the latter of which was the 1st colour announced in the product’s release considering the fact that the Change Lite debuted in 2019. Not like the frequent Nintendo Change, which is a hybrid console that can be performed on the go or docked and paired with a larger screen, the Swap Lite is made for handheld-only gameplay.

The blue Switch Lite will be readily available on Could 21st, the exact working day as Nintendo’s upcoming experience sport Miitopia launches on the Swap. And just like the other 4 hues in the Swap Lite portfolio, the blue Swap Lite will be priced at $199.99.
