Bangla Hunt Desk: Among the various deities of Hinduism, the chief is the solar deity (Surya Deb). He is the son of Kashyapa and Aditi. According to some myths, he is the son of Indra. No deity can be seen face to face with the naked eye, but we can see the sun god only when we look at the sky. Sunday is kept seven days a week for the sun god.
According to the Puranas, the father of Saturn is this Sun God. He is also the father of Yomraj and Jamuna Devi. Even this sun god who is in the sun, but once Shanidev gave his crooked gaze. However, according to Hindus, Suryadev is considered as the god of good fortune and prosperity. Suryadev is also considered to be the source of all energy.
The name of the sun is the mantra – “Ong Ghrini Surya Namah”.

The mantra of Namaskar of Suryadev is Surya Pranam Mantra – “Om Jabakusumsankasang Kashyapayong Mahadyutim. Dhantaring sarvapapaghnam pranatohasmi divakaram. ”
The meditative mantra of the Sun God is-
The Shukla party has to start chanting the mantra of Suryadev on Sunday. You should sit in the red seat while chanting the mantra. Ghee lamps are lit during puja. But first after worshiping Guru, Ganesha, Vishnu, Shiva, start chanting Surya Mantra. If you worship Surdeva in this way, the deity will be pleased with you. After bathing, the sun god is worshiped in pure clothes. When one invokes the sun god with devotion in one's mind, the god hears the call of his devotees. And relief from physical and mental distress.
However, there are some restrictions on this sun worship. E.g.
The sun should never be worshiped without bathing.
The sun should always be worshiped in a copper vessel.
No sugar or sweet things can be given in the water of Puja offerings. In addition to this, one should take care that not a single drop of this holy water falls on one's feet.
Even if Suryadev goes behind the clouds during the offering, the offering cannot be stopped.
