One in five Indians will be vaccinated against coronavirus by July, according to the government's plan

Scientists around the world are working hard to find a cure for this epidemic. Corona vaccine trials are underway in many countries. Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan spoke live on social media on Sunday. At the time, he said, the Indian government's goal was to make the vaccine available to 20 to 25 crore Indians by July 2021.

The health minister said the government's plan is to prepare and use 40 to 50 crore vaccines. States have been advised to send initial census data by the end of October. He said the government has made it a priority to vaccinate health workers first.

He said the vaccine will be purchased from the center. Each batch of vaccines will be tracked in real time. The government will fully co-operate with Indian vaccine manufacturers. He said India was not planning to take the initiative to test the COVID-19 human challenge. The government is determined to take all necessary steps to ensure that vaccines are delivered in an even manner.
