A case under Section 153-A, 295,505 has been filed against four persons including Faisal Khan and Mohammad Chand at Barsana police station. According to the information received, they lied to the priests of the temple and prayed in the temple premises. It has been alleged that the act has violated the dignity of the temple and hurt the religious sentiments of the people of Hindu society.

Police filed a report on Sunday afternoon on behalf of the temple service. According to reports, Faisal Khan and Mohammad Chand entered the Nandababa temple in Nandgaon around 3.30 pm on October 29 along with their companions Alok Ratan and Nilesh Gupta. Faisal is a member of the Delhi Khuda Khidmatgar organization.

It has been alleged against them that Faisal and Mohammad Chand were praying in the temple premises without the permission of the devotees. Not only that, their companions took pictures of the prayers and made them viral on social media. The report says that their actions have caused outrage among the Hindu community. The servicemen have demanded legal action against them.
