Bangla Hunt Desk: The Asia Cup has been canceled this year due to concerns around the world. The ICC has been forced to cancel both the Asia Cup and the T20 World Cup this year. The only reason is the corona virus. Meanwhile, Wasim Khan, the chief executive of the Pakistan Cricket Board, sat down and demanded an explosive. He said next year i.e. 2021 Asia Cup will be held in Sri Lanka and next year i.e. 2022 Asia Cup will be held in Pakistan.

This year, the 2020 Asia Cup was to be held in Pakistan. But at that time, the corona virus was spreading all over the world. As a result, the Asia Cricket Association has postponed the Asia Cup, Asia's largest cricket tournament.

Sri Lanka is scheduled to host the 2021 Asia Cup next year. The Asia Cup will be held in Sri Lanka from June 2021. Meanwhile, Wasim Khan, chief executive of the Pakistan Cricket Board, has claimed that the 2022 Asia Cup will be held on Pakistani soil.

It is to be noted that even though the Asia Cup is scheduled to be held in Pakistan in 2020, the BCCI has clearly stated that they will not go to Pakistan to play any kind of cricket. Since Sri Lanka toured Pakistan in 2009, international cricket has been shut down in Pakistan since the Sri Lankan team bus was attacked by militants. Now this is to see if India will go to Pakistan in 2022 to host the Asia Cup. In that case, the Asia Cup could be held in the United Arab Emirates as an alternative.
