Ramayana program will be organized at JNU to teach the leader to perform his duties

Bengali Hunt Desk: A special session on Ramayana will be organized at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). A special session will be held on May 2nd and 3rd at the JNU campus from 4pm to 6pm to teach leadership responsibilities from the Ramayana. This was stated by JNU Vice Chancellor Jagadesh Kumar.

The VC of JNU said, ‘A program needs to be organized to teach leadership qualities from Ramayana. Because Mahatma Gandhi himself said that there is no one greater than Lord Rama. Ram is formless, and much larger than time. Gandhiji also said that Lord Rama taught truth, justice and equality to be adopted in crisis situations. We can learn a lot from Ramayana during this corona crisis. ”

Keeping in mind the lockdown, this event of JNU will be done through ZOOM app. And as a result, many people will be able to join this discussion. The program will be expanded live, and students will be able to easily attend the event.

The event was organized by Santosh Kumar Shukla, Professor, School of Sanskrit and Indic Studies, JNU and Mohammad Asif, Professor, School of Language, Literature and Cultural Studies.
