Riddhi-Rahul can be dropped from World Test Championship squad, BCCI issues conditions


Bangla Hunt Desk: IPL is closed in the middle. The final match of the World Test Championship is going to be held in England next month. India and New Zealand will face each other on June 18. The BCCI has already announced the squad for the World Test Championship. Several new faces have been dropped from the team.

After recovering from injuries, Mohammad Sami, Umesh Yadav and Rabindra Jadejara have returned to the Indian team. These players were out of the squad due to injuries during the last England series. However, after recovering from the injury, he returned to the team for the World Test Championship match. However, stars like Bhubaneswar Kumar and Shikhar Dhawan have been left out. Despite his great performance with the bat in this IPL, Shikhar Dhawan did not get a chance in the World Test Championship team.

KL Rahul and Riddhiman Saha got a chance in the team. However, the BCCI has issued a special condition for them. According to the BCCI, if they can recover in a few days, then whatever happens to them in England, they will be dropped from the team.
It is to be mentioned that KL Rahul had to undergo surgery due to abdominal pain during IPL. On the other hand, Riddhiman Saha fell seriously ill in Corona during the IPL. Both are now undergoing treatment.
