Sbi warned customers in Corona situation


BanglaHunt Desk: The number of people affected by corona in India is increasing by leaps and bounds every day. The nationwide lockdown is currently in its fifth week. Online payments have increased in lockdown, along with online fraud. This time sbi warned about several things to protect customers from online fraud

1. Do not share otp (one time password) with anyone in any way. Do not click on any of these links. Remember, the bank never wants to know the OTP or password from you.
2. Don't click on any link with greed for reward or job
3. Change the bank password regularly
4. If you think any phone call is fake or fake, contact the nearest police station
5. Always get information and phone number from the official website of the bank.

State Bank of India (SBI) has given some information about this. This should be followed when using an ATM.

(1) If you visit an ATM and see that someone is using the ATM, wait quietly and do not enter the ATM.
2) Disinfect before withdrawing money from ATM. Sanitize hands even after using ATM.
3) Avoid contact as much as you can. Handkerchiefs can be used to open the door handles when entering the ATM.
4) If you have flu and sneezing cough, it is better to avoid using ATM. Cover your face and nose when sneezing or coughing. Do not leave the tissue paper used for sneezing or coughing at the ATM. Do not leave used tissue paper and masks inside the ATM lobby. The risk of spreading the infection remains.
5) Avoid ATMs as much as you can. If the transaction is not linked to cash, it is better not to go to the ATM. Instead, use SBI's digital platforms like Yono, INB, Bhim SBI etc.
