Along with the rest of the world, corona violence is going on in Bangladesh at the moment. In the midst of Corona's panic, riots broke out in the crab farm of Shakib Al Hasan, one of the best all-rounders of the Bangladesh cricket team. The violence is said to have been caused by the patience of the workers of that crab farm being broken. According to a report in Kaler Kantho, a Bangladeshi newspaper, Shakib's crab farm is located near Masud Mor in Burigoalini Union in Shyamnagar Upazila.

After being removed from cricket a few months ago, Shakib built a crab farm on fifty bighas of land. The employees of the firm have not been getting salaries for the last four months; they repeatedly complained to Shakib but did not get any benefit. As a result, they protested today demanding their arrears.

Workers have said that at present, our daily supply of food for coronas across the country has become inconvenient but we do not get money from this firm. No action was taken to pay the arrears after repeatedly informing the owner of the firm, Sabik Al Hassan. As a result, we were forced to choose the path of protest.
