Muzaffarpur ADG Court has issued notices to seven Bollywood directors and producers, including director Karan Johar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. This news has been accepted by the family of the directors. The case will be heard on October 21.
Apart from Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor, Sajid Nadiadwala, Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Vijayan are also named in the notice. The notice also said that the stars will have to appear in court on October 21 in person or through a representative.
Incidentally, Muzaffarpur lawyer Sudhir Ojha filed a complaint against several Bollywood stars. Earlier, on October 8, the stars were ordered to appear in court. Shortly after Sushant's death, a case was filed against the stars in the Muzaffarpur court on June 17 under sections 109, 04, 306 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Sudhir Ojha filed a case claiming that Sushant Singh Rajput did not commit suicide. He was killed by conspiracy. The six stars were ordered to appear in court three months after the case was filed.
There are also three well-known investigative agencies working day and night on the case. Although the CBI and the ED have not made any arrests so far, the Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested several people in addition to drugs. Among them is the name of Riya Chakraborty.
