There are many people in the world who just want tea as soon as they open their eyes and the number of such people is a bit more among us. If we talk about drinking tea, then the name of our country comes on the second number. The people of our country themselves drink 80 percent of the tea grown here. But there is a myth about this tea which you must have heard sometime or the other in your childhood and that myth is that the color of the body turns black by drinking tea?
If you also think like this, then for your information, let us tell you that there is nothing like this, all these things are just hearsay. There is no truth in this because the color of our body depends on Melanin genetics. Because of which some are fair and some are black. Research has also been done regarding this issue. In which it has been said that drinking tea does not affect our complexion. Rather, if we drink the right amount of tea, then the dirt in our body gets removed.
Now the question must be arising in your mind that if nothing like this happened then why was this thing said in childhood? Actually this lie was told so that small children do not become addicted to it because it contains caffeine which has a bad effect on our body. Tea brings both harm and benefit to our body. Antioxidants are found in it which reduces the effect of free radicals in our body.
