The accused party blamed the police in Nikita Tomar murder case!

Bangla Hunt Desk: Tousif, accused in the murder of Nikita Tomar, a student from Ballabhgarh in Haryana's Faridabad district, has filed a case in the High Court against the police for conducting a proper investigation and unilateral investigation. The application was heard on Thursday. The next hearing will be on January 8.

Defendant's lawyer Anis Khan said he had filed the petition in the court on December 1. The hearing was held on Thursday. The case was heard in a bench of Justice Alka Sarin. Both parties were present at the hearing. Anis Khan complained that the police were in a hurry to file the chargesheet.

Despite a three-month stay, police filed the chargesheet before investigating the accused under social pressure. He also said that after investigation, the police had said in their chargesheet that if any more evidence was found during the hearing, it would be included in the chargesheet. And that is why Anis Khan has raised questions in their investigation.

Lawyer Anis Khan alleged that the police had taken evidence from ten people before the forensic report came. Anis Khan alleged that even after the case was taken to the fast track court, it was being tried to be settled quickly. After Anis Khan's petition was filed, the court directed the police to gather a thorough report.

Prosecutors in the Nikita Tomar case presented six witnesses on Wednesday. However, due to the length of the hearing, only four statements could be filed. Two of the witnesses were in-charge of the college examinations, who confirmed that Nikita had taken the college exams on the day of the incident. There were also investigators who presented the abduction file to the court two years ago to clarify the cause.
