Banglahunt Desk: Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on his former ally BJP against the agriculture law. Calling the BJP a “fragmented party”, he alleged that farmers in Punjab were protesting against the Centre's agrarian law on the one hand, and Hindus against the Sikhs in Punjab on the other.
He added that the BJP should accept the demands of the farming community. Soccer should give up its arrogant attitude and obey the peasants and stop protesting Hindus against Sikhs. Again, if someone is in favor of the Center, then he is called a patriot. But if anyone speaks against the center, he is called a ‘piecemeal party’.
The Akali Dal, an old ally of the NDA, the ruling party at the Center, had earlier protested against the three agricultural bills introduced by the Center. Harsimrat Kaur, the leader of the Akali Dal and wife of Sukhbir Singh Badal, severed ties with the Center in protest of the Agriculture Bill and resigned as Union Minister.
BJP is the real #TukdeTukdeGang in the country. It has smashed national unity to pieces, shamelessly inciting Hindus against Muslims & now desperate setting peace loving Punjabi Hindus against their Sikh brethren esp. #farmers. They & # 039; re pushing patriotic Punjab into communal flames. pic.twitter.com/7adwVmoDgj

Sukhbir Singh Badal tweeted, “Actually, BJP is a real 'fragmented party'.” This BJP has torn the unity of the country to pieces. First by inciting the Hindus against the Muslims and now the peace loving Hindus of Punjab are inciting the peasant Sikhs there. At the same time, patriotic Punjab is being pushed into the fire of communalism.
