The resident of Malad, a suburb of Mumbai, was 65 years old. He died at a Yogeshwari hospital on Wednesday. The body of the elder was then brought to a cemetery in Malwani area of Malad. But no burial was allowed there. The deceased's family has been informed by the graveyard that the man died of coronary tract infection, so he cannot be buried here.
The family alleges that despite the permission of the municipality, the cemetery was not allowed. Local leaders also could not resolve. The locals then approached the Hindu Suraksha Samiti, who allowed the body to be cremated at the crematorium. In this regard, news agency PTI was told by Maharashtra Minister and local MLA Aslam Sheikh that a government official had said that if a deceased citizen died of coronavirus infection, he should be buried in a nearby cemetery. But there was a confusion in the family. Without telling anyone, the old man's family reached the Malad directly. The authorities in Malwani didn't know anything. Meanwhile, the elderly died at Yogeshwari Hospital. According to the rules, a grave was supposed to be buried near the hospital. Kim did not do that, so the question has been raised.
Although the son of the deceased allegedly waited about three hours for his father's body. No one came forward to help. He added, “After the death of his father, we wanted to be buried at Malad-Malwani Cemetery. But the cemetery committee did not allow the interview. Rather, it was said that he died of coronary infection so he could not be buried. ”
