Talking about the film, the film, directed by Sudipto Sen and produced by Vipul Amritpal Shah, was released in theaters on May 5, 2023. But the film was not allowed to be released in two theaters in Kochi.

The release of this film was banned in Lulu Mall, Oberon Mall and Cinepolis of Center Square Mall in the big city of Kochi, Kerala. The film was screened only at a theater named Shenoys and started after 10 am. Earlier it was claimed that the film was to be released in 50 theaters in Kerala but in reality the film could be released only on 17 screens.
