The Khalistanis had filed a case against Modi-Shah in the US, but the US court rejected it

Bangla Hunt Desk: A US court has rejected a কোটি 100 million lawsuit filed against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. The Kashmir Khalistan Referendum Front and its two allies did not appear in court for the hearing, after which the court heard the verdict. The lawsuit against Prime Minister Narendra Modi was filed on September 19, 2019 in Texas, shortly before Howdy Modi.

The plaintiffs had filed the suit against the removal of the special state badge from Jammu and Kashmir and its declaration as a Union Territory. The plaintiffs demanded আদাল 100 million in damages from Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Deputy Chief of Integrated Defense Staff Lieutenant Kanwaljit Singh Dhillon.

Announcing the verdict, District Court Judge Frances H. Stacey of the Southern District of Texas said the Referendum Front had said nothing to continue the case. At the same time, the plaintiffs did not appear before the court during the hearing and that is why the court dismissed the case.
