Bangla Hunt Desk: In the ongoing war between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh region, Pakistan is practicing to blow its nose. Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Abbott Advants said the possibility of Pakistani troops being “mercenaries” in Azerbaijan in the land war could not be ruled out.
“It's no surprise to us that Pakistanis were present during the Nagorno-Karabakh war in the 1990s,” Advants told an Indian news agency in the capital, Yerevan.
A news report from Armenia, based on a telephone conversation between two civilians, claimed that Pakistani troops were fighting for Azerbaijan. At the same time, Advants mentioned the name of Turkey for sending jihadists to Azerbaijan and complained that the war imposed on us was planned jointly with Turkey.
Let us inform you that this war is being waged in the area of 4,400 square kilometers of Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan claims the area as its own, but it has been under Armenian occupation for decades. Hundreds of people have been reported killed so far in the fighting, and both sides have suffered heavy military losses.
