On the other hand, bread factories and flour mills located in the city area have been allowed to operate in lockdown.
The directive issued on behalf of the Home Ministry states that the decision has been made so far after receiving some advice on special services and exemptions in the movement through the directive issued.
The Home Office order said people and organizations helping senior citizens were allowed to work. On the other hand, recharge facility for prepaid mobiles has also been allowed.
