Bengali Hunt Desk: The Union Ministry of Health has issued new guidelines on the rules for discharging patients in view of the rapidly growing cases of coronary heart disease in the country. The ministry has now said that corona patients will be kept in the hospital for 10 days instead of 14 days. According to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, in severe cases, RT / PCR test should be done before discharging the infected patients, the rest of the patients can be discharged within 10 days. They will not be tested for RT / PCR.
According to the new guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, if a patient does not develop a fever for three days after 10 days of corona symptoms, he will be discharged without RT / PCR test. If Corona has mild symptoms, she will be tested in two ways.
If the fever first clears up within three days, and if oxygen support is not needed for the next 4 days, the patient will be discharged without RT / PCR test 10 days after the onset of symptoms. This action will be taken only if there is no need for fever, shortness of breath and oxygen.
The second method is that if the fever does not go away in three days and oxygen is needed, then the patient will be discharged from the hospital only if he does not need oxygen support for three consecutive days after the end of the symptoms. RT / PCR test will not be necessary in such cases.
