The work of NRC is still incomplete, we have to get justice like Hindus – Himanta Bishwa Sharma

Banglahant Desk: Himanta Biswa Sarma has called for justice for the Hindus living in the Barak Valley. Influential BJP leader Himanta Bishwa Sharma himself claimed that the NRC of Assam was incomplete.

Speaking at a meeting in the Barak Valley of Karimganj district, Himanta Bishwa Sharma said, “We promised justice to the Hindus of the Barak Valley. But that work is not yet complete. We need to do more to give justice to Hindus. About 90 percent of the work has been completed.

He added: “Even though 90 per cent of our work has been completed, the rest of the work is still unfinished due to the symbol Hazela. We still have some work to do. Thousands of people are still in detention camps relying on Mother India. They must be given a fair trial. “

By the way, last year the final list of NRC was published on 31st August. The names of 3 crore 11 lakh 21 thousand 4 people were removed from this list and the names of 19 lakh 8 thousand 756 people were dropped from that list. It was later found that the names of many Hindus and even many Hindus from the Barak Valley, who were supposed to be given justice, were dropped from the list. But on the contrary, there are the names of many Muslims who are so-called infiltrators. So it is thought that the list could be redone.
