Bangla Hunt Desk: At least five Pakistani soldiers have been killed in two separate attacks by suspected militants in Pakistan’s restive Balochistan province. Two others were injured. The attacks targeted Frontier Corps soldiers on Thursday in the vicinity of Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, and in Kohlu district.
The Pakistani security official said the first attack took place in a bypass area outside Quetta. He said a remote-controlled bomb had left the bike and attacked a Frontier Corps convoy. One soldier was killed and two others were injured in the attack.
Another attack took place in the Kahan area of Kohlu district, where suspected militants attacked a Frontier Corps post in the dark of night, the official said. Four soldiers were killed in the attack. He said the attackers fired randomly with guns. The army also responded to him.
