Unlock: Lockdown to be opened in three parts, new guidelines issued by Union Home Ministry


Bengali Hunt Desk: After a 64-day lockdown, the country will start unlocking according to the plan. Lockdown has been extended. Lockdown has been implemented from 1st June to 30th June 2020. And at this time many facilities outside the containment zone will be planned.

The central government has made a three-point plan for unlocking. In the first phase, after June 8, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and religious places will open conditionally. The decision to open the school-college will be taken by the state government. On the other hand, no decision has been taken yet on starting international flights and opening cinema halls.

Phase 1: Public places of worship, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services and shopping malls will be allowed to open from June 8, 2020. The government will issue guidelines in this regard.

Phase II: Schools, colleges, educational establishments will be opened after consultation with the States and Union Territories.

Phase III: International Airlines, Metro Rail Operations, Cinema Hall, Bamshala, Swimming Pool, Amusement Park will be decided after discussion.
