Young man arrested for threatening to blow up Yogi Adityanath, accused pleads guilty in police interrogation


Bengali Hunt Desk: A youth who threatened to bomb Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was arrested on Saturday. The accused youth threatened to bomb Yogi Adityanath. The ATS of Maharashtra arrested the accused youth and handed him over to the STF of Uttar Pradesh. The accused will be produced in court on Sunday and his police remand will be sought.

According to the Maharashtra ATS, a message arrived at the health desk at the Lucknow police headquarters on May 22. In the message, the police were told that they would blow up Yogi Adityanath with a bomb. The threat caused a stir among the police. An FIR was lodged with Gomti Nagar police station in this regard. Mumbai Police then started investigating the incident. The accused was arrested from Mahada Colony in Mumbai on the basis of technology and ground intelligence. His name is Kamran Amin Khan. ATS officials said the accused youth had pleaded guilty. UP STF has been informed about this, they said.

An FIR was lodged on behalf of Inspector Dhiruj Kumar after he threatened to give it to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. According to Dheeraj Kumar, the threat came on Thursday night from mobile number 8828453350 on WhatsApp number 7570000100 on Uttar Pradesh 112 social media desk.

He said the threatening message said, “I will kill Yogi Adityanath.” The young yogi then called Adityanath an enemy for a particular community.
